From Keeper To Legend: Destiny-2 Becomes A Pro At Apex Legends
The big US e-sports organization 100 Thieves signs their first professional player for Apex Legends. It is also one of the most famous faces of Destiny 2.
What happened? On February 25th, the professional e-Sports organization 100 Thieves announced that it has signed its first full-time Pro for the new Battle Royale hit Apex Legends.
This is Connor White, but many Destiny fans are more likely to know under the name Gigz. In addition to his role as a player, he should also act as a content creator for Apex Legends.
Now, it’s great to see that as a growing content creator and professional player, he stirs up the scene of Apex Legends.
What’s special about this step is that it is interesting that Gigz has been contracted as a professional player, even though there is no official eSports scene around Apex Legends yet.
For many, however, it is only a matter of time before Apex Legends stirs up eSports. Apparently also for 100 Thieves. This means that we have already made a strategic commitment and investment in the future with foresight.
Who exactly is Gigz? Gigz is one of the world’s best and most famous players in the Destiny series. In the community, he is best known for his exceptional achievements.
Whether World First titles or speedrun records in raids, bossless weapons or spectacular skills and plays in PvP – the list of his sometimes unbelievable achievements is long.
He is also a popular Content Creator and Streamer at Destiny. He now has more than 200,000 followers on Twitch, more than 65,000 subscribers on YouTube and more than 50,000 followers on Twitter.
His achievements in Apex Legends are also impressive. There he comes to over 3,800 kills and 227 victories. Whether he will continue to play Destiny 2 in addition to his new professional career is currently unknown.
