That’s How Long It Takes To Fly In Wow Patch 8.2. Blizzard has released new flying details in patch 8.2 of World of Warcraft. We’ll tell you what you need for flying.
One of the long-awaited features of Patch 8.2 in World of Warcraft is flying. So far, it is not possible to lift in Kul Tiras and Zandalar, but that will change soon. With the next update, flying will also be possible in the Battle For Azeroth areas.
That’s how long the unlock takes: even though there are no fixed numbers, Blizzard has already revealed that unlocking the fly will take about three weeks for “average players”. What exactly an average player is, can be argued about. Who pursues the story purposefully in Naziatar and at least every day a handful of world quests or other activities done in Nazjatar and Mechagon, but will probably not have to wait long to fly.
What must be done for flying? The conditions for flying in Battle for Azeroth are similar to previous extensions. You have to gain at least a respectful reputation in the new factions of patch 8.2. The fractions are:
- Rustbolt Resistance (Mechagon)
- Ankoan (Nazjatar)
- Unshackled (Nazjatar)
As usual, you unlock the call via quests and world quests, which should provide more variety. In Mechagon you can also trade scrap pieces for reputation that you find everywhere in Mechagon.
A mechanical bird as a reward: Who completes the success “Scout of Battle for Azeroth, Part 2”, but not only gets the fly unlocked, but also donated a brand new mount. It beckons a mechanical parrot, which you get directly with the completion of the success. This is a visual reminder of the small parrot you have already received as a pet, as you have helped this loving couple to a happy future.
The special feature is that flying also applies immediately to the new areas of Nazjatar and Mechagon. There is no limit to this, and in all zones of Battle for Azeroth players can swing themselves into the air.
