Days Gone – Official Soundtrack Available On Spotify, Amazon & Co.

Days Gone

Just before the release of “Days Gone”, Sony released the official soundtrack to the game, which was created in collaboration with Nathan Whitehead.

The official soundtrack includes 25 tracks, including up and coming artists such as Jack Savoretti, Billy Raffoul & Zander Reese, as well as the song “Days Gone Quiet,” performed by Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi.

Nathan Whitehead comments:

“The ideas that define the score are the persistence of the human mind and the value of relationships. John Garvin, Creative Director at Sony’s Bend Studio, described to me in advance how the game should not just be about survival, but also explore: Why do we want to survive? When I heard that, I was immediately struck by the places where the music could go. I found it really interesting to simultaneously control the survival aspect and also this introspective aspect. The Pacific Northwest is absolutely beautiful and it really felt like this score was needed to connect with this environment as well. Deacon and the environment seemed to demand an organic sound with a hint of Americana. “
