Even so, the curiosity of how the series will end remains. The Reddit community has pieced together all the rumors and leaks of information from reliable sources over the past few months and has compiled a list of the different possibilities of what will happen in Game of Thrones Season 6 episode 6. From here you will find possible spoilers!
It should be noted that none of this is officially confirmed by HBO and that all credits belong to the Reddit cgmcnama user who has attempted to filter out all false rumors and leakage of information.
How will Game of Thrones end?
Jon Snow finally sees Arya after they hit Iron Throne in King’s Kanding. (I guess that means she has not seen her since she left Winterfell in the first place) Dany starts running everyone on Kings landing (Tyrion and Jon are upset) Dany arrests Tyrion for freeing her brother. (your judgment should not have Dany or Jon present).
Tyrion tries to convince Jon to turn on Dany. Your family will never be safe because it threatens Dany’s legitimacy. Jon is appalled by what Dany did with King’s Landing, and she gives speeches about how she will continue to do that to free slaves from their chains. John will be convinced by Tyrion that his family will never be safe because he poses a threat to Dany’s reign.
Jon tries to talk to Dany, but she ignores him thinking she’s right. Jon swear to Dany, but then stabs her and surrenders. It will be very traumatic for Jon because he is in love. The Drogon must melt the Iron Throne after Dany’s death.
The possible variations
The rumors and leaks of information are not conclusive in relation to the fate of Tyrion and there are several possibilities as to what will happen to this character:
- Final #1 – A council is formed to decide who should be King. Tyrion makes a speech and everyone votes in the Bran to become king. This is the end. In the Epilogue, Jon dresses again in black for killing Dany. (I think this is penance for regicide and guilt. People dress in black to avoid the death penalty and he would be the thousandth Lord Commander of Night’s Watch) Arya is leaving. (She told Clegane that she would do it.) Sansa rules the North. When they are deciding who should be king, Sam suggests a democratic election and the other nobles laugh at him. This happens before they vote for Bran. Bran oversees the advice of Tyrion, Davos, Sam, and Bronn. The Immaculate leave to cross the sea and begin to liberate slave cities on their own, because that was Dany’s plan before Jon killed – Dany has a great speech after sacking King ‘
- Final #2 – Tyrion’s trial in the dragonpit is an important scene and does not feature Jon, Dany or dragons. Sir Davos is present and is not wearing the Hand of the King pin (also did not have it in episode 8×04) along with all 3 Stark children. Samwell Tarly, Brienne, Robyn Aryn, Gray Worm, an unknown man wearing gold clothing (probably from Dorn), and another unidentified man (an old bearded little man dressed in green) will also be there. Bran will return to the first season, where Tyrion Lannister told Catelyn Stark: “I never bet on my family.” Tyrion is full of anger and resentment against the people of Kings Landing because he saved them against Stannis and now they have turned against him. He thinks the people of Porto Real deserve that. He saved them and they were ungrateful (at the trial of Joffrey’s murder). Tyrion will get knees in the middle of the speech, dragged by the weight of his actions. His death was filmed in the studio, so there is no certainty of how he died.
- Final #3 – Both finals combined. The king’s advice seems more likely because multiple scenes can be cheaply recorded, yet few will have graphic effects or added sounds. Friki’s escapes are from 7 months ago when they were still filming. Geek is betting it’s a trial and Tyrion’s death is not filmed, it may be both ends. Tyrion will have a trial, will give a speech, and later will be spared and elected to the king’s council. On the other hand, if it is dead, it does not change so much the end, so it should be interesting.
