Elon Musk confirmed that Tesla is working to adopt the Unreal Engine and Unity so that you can play in the brand video game cars developed on these engines.
If you imagine playing video games in your car with command while waiting for someone, this is already possible in a Tesla, but in the future, you will have even more possibilities.
tesla in Vernon shared a video where Asteroids on their Tesla Model 3, with the help of an Xbox command.

Tesla’s Elon Musk responded to his thanks and confirmed that the possibilities will grow in the future.
According to Musk, it will be possible to play many more games in a Tesla when they finish adapting Unity and says that the desire is to allow different types of control – by touch, Xbox commands and Dualshock 4, even flyers.
Musk even says it would be fun to play a racing game where you could use the wheel of your own car and pedals to interacting with it, thereby increasing immersion to a new level.
In addition to Unity, Tesla wants to make the Unreal Engine fully compatible with the operating system in its cars.
