The Last of Us: Part 2 is one of the most anticipated games of this generation and despite the announcement at the end of 2016, there is still a lot about it that we do not know yet.
While Naughty Dog develops its long-awaited sequel, it keeps the release date, campaign details and a possible multi-player strand secret.
However, as reported by Sony, unlike what you did with the first game, Naughty Dog will not feature multiplayer modes in The Last of Us: Part 2.
In the PlayStation 4 Days of Play Limited Edition box, via ResetEra, Sony informs players that a PlayStation Plus subscription is required to access online game modes.
But in the case of “Marvel’s Spider-Man, Days Gone, God of War and The Last of Us: Part 2 do not support multi-player online.”
This information suggests that The Last of Us: Part 2 will not have competitive multiplayer like the first, something that Naughty Dog has not yet officially announced.
The Last of Us: Part 2 does not yet have a release date, but rumors say it will arrive in February 2020.
