Fixed Final Fantasy 9 Bug On PS4 Almost Two Years After Launch

Final Fantasy 9 was originally released in 2000 for PS1, but Square Enix converted the game to the newer platforms.

After the arrival of the PC, iOS and Android versions in 2016, Final Fantasy 9 was converted to PlayStation 4 in 2017 and since then players have faced a bug in the song.

Whenever a battle was over, the music that was playing was restarted and you could not hear the great majority of the songs in their fullness – something that could become annoying.

For nearly two years, fans asked Square Enix to fix this and now, through the 1.02 update, this was finally accomplished.

Now, Square Enix will have to fix the bug in Final Fantasy 9 in the recent versions of Xbox One and Switch.
