Microsoft presents the July update of its video game service on demand on Xbox One and PC; in addition, it is compatible with Alexa.
Microsoft has released all the news of the latest update for Xbox Game Pass, now available to players of Xbox One and PC. These new features materialize in new functions and features, which also highlights the compatibility with the Alexa voice control service.
Play Later – your list of games “for later”
Currently, Xbox Game Pass offers a library of more than 100 games (here we recommend 8 games to end on a summer afternoon ) so it is normal to have a list of titles that we want to play later. Until now there was not a list or space to store the chips of those games, now resolved with Play Later.
This function allows you to create a list of games in the Xbox Game Pass catalog to be consulted at any time, which will make it easier to find the next title you want to play. You can manage the collection not only from Xbox One console but also from the mobile application of Xbox Game Pass (iOS / Android). In this application, you can also give the remote order to download games so that, when we get home, we have already installed them; as long as we have it configured.
Compatibility with Alexa, the voice control service
Those who use Alexa, long-time compatible on Xbox, can now take advantage of the virtual assistant Alexa on Xbox Game Pass.
This compatibility allows you to navigate and interact with Xbox One using voice commands through Alexa compatible devices. From this month of July, this function reaches countries such as Spain, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Mexico. On the other hand, the new update includes the possibility of finding the news that arrives at Xbox Game Pass, the most popular games or what titles leave the catalog; including asking by voice what your friends are playing or matching your command with your Xbox One.
You can check here all the new games included in Xbox Game Pass on the occasion of the July update, which includes names like Dead Rising 4, Middle Earth: Shadows of War, Undertale and Blazing Chrome.
