Sharing the news on social media, Hall wrote, “at the Age of 22 I was diagnosed with diabetes … that’s when I knew that my health needed to change. Since then, nutrition, fitness, and well-being has transformed my life, reconnecting my mind, body, and soul, and teaching me how my body is truly valuable, ( … ), I know that we are all in the house right now, and at this time, the world is a challenge for each and every one of us in different ways. To the extent that we align ourselves with you collectively, I invite you to take part in the community @respin….”, pointed out to us.
The actress and the 53-year-old explained that it has not yet planned to release the app, but thought it would be useful to people who are stuck in the house, in the middle of a pandemic.
“This is a release-early-and-work-in-progress,” he said Hall, “But you’re welcome to use it as a resource for the well-being, and a place to connect with others, learn something new, or maybe it’s just a distraction from ourselves the unreal. Either way, I’m thrilled to have you here with us, and I’m looking forward to our journey together,” he wrote.
