In a court of Virgnia has denied a request from Amber Heard to dismiss the proceedings for difamao open, pro, his Wife, against the ex-wife. The actor claims to have been defamed in an article that she wrote for the Washington Post in December 2018 at the latest.
According to Variety magazine, judge Bruce D. White ruled today that a Wife can follow along with the process of difamao, in which it alleged that the declaraes de Heard clearly were o acusaes that the actor was beaten up during a wedding.
In the text, Heard in the quotes is the name of the actor. The title used was “Amber Heard: I have spoken out against the violncia sexual in nature – and I have faced the wrath of our country. This has got to change.”
At the end of last year, Depp went through the process of A$ 50 milhes (about$250 milhes), in which it is alleged that the title of the article, and some of the declaraes the contents were difamatrias.
Then, the attorney for Amber Heard, Melissa Kaplan petitioned the court for a dismissal of the proceedings, on the grounds that the article was not primarily about the alegaes to Heard against the Wife.
